Chizue continues to "stitch up a storm"

I'm always very excited when I hear from Chizue, who lives in Japan, because I know she might be sending me photos of her beautiful needlework.  Most recently she sent me these photos of her wonderful Ackworth Friendship Book.

Chizue stitched her book on 40-count linen using Crescent Colours Bing Cherry thread.  (Isn't that a very pretty thread color?)

If you look carefully at Chizue's  photos you can see that she used different fabrics for her bag and for lining the pockets of her book.  Isn't that a great idea?  Both fabrics work very well with her linen and embroidery thread.

Chizue continues to amaze me with her work.  She does such beautiful embroidery and finishing!

If you want to see lots more examples of Chizue's workmanship, simply type "Chi" into the Google search engine on the left sidebar of this page.  I think you will be as amazed and impressed as I am!

Thanks, Chizue, for sharing these photos.  I'm anxious to see what your next project will be.
