Over the past few months I've been spending lots of time with Anne Maria Clarke (The Essamplaire).
Here are some recent photos. The border is mainly done in queen stitches as are the baskets.
The end is in sight as all I have left is to fill in the grass--BUT there's lots and lots of grass.

Anne Maria is absolutely gorgeous Ellen - love the green such a soothing color. Good thing since you have so much to fill in. Hope you are doing well Mel
Absolutely GORGEOUS!! I have this in my stash. Your beautiful stitching has inspired me to move her up to the top of the "to be stitched" ranks!

What a beautiful sampler. I bet its been a pleasure to stitch.
That grass will go faster than you think. Just get a good audiobook and sit and enjoy some mindless stitching. :D
