Quaker Samplings I and II by Karen!

Karen V. from England has stitched both Quaker Samplings.

The first photo is her Quaker Sampling I. Karen stitched it on 32-count Legacy linen from Picture This Plus. Her threads were DMC Color Variations (DMC's variegated thread) 4140 and Hand Dyed Fibers Chino.

Karen stitched Quaker Sampling II on 32-count Limestone linen from Countrystitch with DMC, Needlepoint, Inc., and Needle Necessities (color-camouflage) threads.

Both of these samplers were charted with only one thread color, so Karen made the color choices for QSII herself. Don't you love the colors she chose? Absolutely beautiful!!

Karen, thank you for sharing photos of your wonderful work!

The Quaker Samplings charts have been so popular that I have decided to add a third sampler, Quaker Sampling III, to the collection. I have already charted the sampler and hope to get the design out late summer or early fall.

Karen is a really great stitcher but then again you are a really great designer so between the two of you the outcome has to be totally scrumptious! Love Patti xxx
