Wow--Dee's been busy again!!

Dee L. from Canton, Ohio is an incredible needleworker! She is also very prolific!

One of her latest finishes is Mrs. Waddelow's Huswif. Dee used 32-count country mocha linen and Brick overdyed thread from Weeks Dye Works. She stitched her huswif using reversible cross stitch.

Here is Dee's huswif closed.
Here is a view of her tiny needlebook and the outside of her huswif.
And now look at the inside of her huswif!! Wow!!! What gorgeous fabrics!! Dee told me she had so much fun picking out the fabrics.
Dee's name should sound very familiar to you because she is very prolific!! You can see more of her incredible work by typing her name in the search engine on the left side bar of my blog or by checking out my blog entries for June 24, 2009, May 16, 2010, and October 16, 2010. Can you believe all the beautiful pieces Dee has completed?

Dee told me that she has finished stitching the Blue House Needle Primer and only needs to assemble it. I can hardly wait to see her photos. She is anxious to start work on Mrs. Waddelow's Needlework Basket.

Thank you VERY much Dee for sharing photos of your wonderful pieces! You are truly incredible!!

Dee's huswif is gorgeous and I bet her basket of smalls will be just as beautiful. I'm not enjoying my stitching at the moment and feel like I'll never ever finish anything again. Take care Ellen.
