At Long Last, She's Finished!

It has been a very long time coming, but at last Ann Hair (The Scarlet Letter) is finished!

My sampler is a variation of the reproduction since I did my own thing with the grass and deer.

I'll show another photo once I get Ann framed.

simply stunning Ellen - I can't believe how fast you restitched that massive grass. Love the oak (?) tree and the deer. Of course the carnation border is wonderful too. Can't wait to see her framed. on to the next - Mel

Me again. Just wanted to say that I had another look at the grass on Ann and I like your version. I think that it looks do much better than the satin stitch. Must remember when I come to do mine. - Sandra.

So beautiful. Well done. Of course, I love what you did with the grass.

And that carnations band is a classic. One of my favs. So simple, but so beautiful.
